Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and cucicuci ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible atcucicuci.cam ("Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

This Agreement is supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall terms governing your use of cucicuci.

Definitions

The following terms have the meanings assigned to them below throughout this Agreement:

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on cucicuci, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. cucicuci strictly enforces this minimum age requirement in accordance with internationally recognised responsible gambling standards applicable to casino-style gaming platforms.
2. Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. Persons under legal guardianship or those who have been declared legally incapacitated are not eligible to register.
4. Single Account: You may only hold one active Account on cucicuci. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited.
5. Personal Use: Accounts are for personal use only. You may not create an account on behalf of a third party, operate an account on behalf of another person, or allow third parties to access or use your Account.
6. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion or cooling-off period that you have previously requested from cucicuci or any other gambling operator.

Account Registration

When registering a cucicuci account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You must promptly update this information if it changes.

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. cucicuci recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which is available as an optional security feature within your account settings.

Any activity that occurs under your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify cucicuci's support team immediately via the live chat facility or by emailing [email protected].

4.2 Account Verification

cucicuci reserves the right to verify the identity of any Player at any stage of the registration process or subsequently. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in restrictions being placed on the Account, including the temporary suspension of withdrawal facilities.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

As part of our anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) compliance obligations, cucicuci is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.

5.1 Required Documentation

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents as part of the KYC process:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (e.g., Malaysian national identity card — MyKad, passport, or driver's licence).
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet registered to your verified name, or bank statement matching the account used for deposits).
• Source of funds documentation if requested by the compliance team in connection with high-value transactions.

5.2 Processing Time

cucicuci aims to complete standard KYC verification within 24 to 48 hours of receiving all required documentation. Enhanced due diligence checks for high-value accounts may take longer. Withdrawals will be held pending verification completion where required.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Supported Payment Methods

cucicuci supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals, subject to applicable minimum and maximum transaction limits:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• Boost eWallet
• GrabPay
• DuitNow
• FPX Online Banking (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating Malaysian banks)
• USDT TRC20 (cryptocurrency)

6.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is MYR 50 for e-wallet and bank transfer methods, and MYR 100equivalent for USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency deposits. Deposits are generally credited to your Account instantly for e-wallet methods and within 5 to 10 minutes for bank transfers, subject to third-party payment processing times.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification and the satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. cucicuci aims to process withdrawal requests via DuitNow and FPX within 5 minutes during normal operations. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, scheduled bank maintenance windows, or for accounts undergoing enhanced due diligence review.

6.4 Payment Method Consistency

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the cucicuci Finance team. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to comply with applicable financial regulations.

6.5 Transaction Fees

cucicuci does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals via e-wallet or FPX methods. Cryptocurrency transaction fees (network gas fees on the TRON network for USDT TRC20) are borne by the Player. Third-party payment processors may impose their own fees that are outside cucicuci's control.

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers made available by cucicuci are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be stated at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotional term and this Agreement, the specific promotional term shall prevail with respect to that offer only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover requirements") that must be fulfilled before any funds derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and will be clearly stated in the applicable promotional terms. Examples of wagering requirements currently applicable to cucicuci welcome bonuses are as follows:

• 288% Magnificent Bonus: 35x wagering requirement on the bonus amount.
• 100% Standard Welcome Bonus: 10x wagering requirement on the bonus amount.
• 188% Esports Bonus: 18x wagering requirement on the bonus amount.
• 2% Crypto Deposit Bonus: 15x wagering requirement on the bonus amount.

cucicuci reserves the right to amend wagering requirements for future promotional offers. The terms applicable at the time of bonus activation will govern that specific bonus.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

cucicuci actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploitation of matched betting strategies, use of low-risk wagering to clear bonus requirements, coordinated multi-account bonus farming, and any form of collusion. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided and may be permanently suspended without prior notice.

7.4 Bonus Validity

All bonus offers have a specified validity period. Bonus funds and associated free spins that remain unused after the expiry date will be automatically removed from your Account. cucicuci will not reinstate expired bonus credits under any circumstances.

Betting Rules

8.1 General Wagering Rules

All wagers placed on cucicuci are subject to the specific game or sporting event rules applicable to that product. Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of any game or market before placing a wager. Game-specific rules are available within each game's individual interface.

8.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on cucicuci. These limits are displayed at the relevant game table or within the sportsbook betting interface. cucicuci reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.

8.3 Void Bets and Technical Errors

cucicuci reserves the right to void any wager that has been placed or settled due to a technical malfunction, software error, pricing, or any circumstances where the integrity of the game or event has been compromised. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account.

8.4 Sports Betting Specific Rules

For sports betting markets — including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, La Liga, UFC, and other markets available on the cucicuci sportsbook — additional sport-specific rules apply. Mix Parlay bets are subject to their own specific terms, including minimum selection requirements and payout calculations as displayed in the sportsbook at time of bet placement.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the cucicuci Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Creating or operating multiple Accounts to circumvent limits, claim multiple bonuses, or evade restrictions.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, game vulnerabilities, or pricing errors to gain unfair advantage.
• Coluding with other Players in poker, live dealer games, or any other multi-player format.
• Sharing, selling, or transfering your Account credentials to any third party.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than lawful personal entertainment.
• Making chargeback requests to your bank or payment provider in bad faith after placing wagers.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.

Intellectual Property

All content on the cucicuci Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, trade marks, and design elements — is the exclusive property of cucicuci or its licensed content providers. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any licence or right to use, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any cucicuci intellectual property without express written consent from cucicuci.

You may not frame, scrape, mirror, or otherwise reproduce the Platform or its content for any commercial or non-personal purpose. Unauthorised use of cucicuci's intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cucicuci shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winings due to technical malfunctions, network failures, or third-party service interruptions.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate account security.
• Losses arising from delays in payment processing by third-party payment providers, including Malaysian banks and e-wallet operators.

Where cucicuci's liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, cucicuci's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim shall be limited to the amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Responsible Gambling

cucicuci is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. We provide the following player protection tools, accessible from your Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and request to be blocked from re-registering. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.

Account Closure & Termination

13.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting cucicuci's support team via live chat or email. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

13.2 Closure by cucicuci

cucicuci reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from law enforcement authorities.

Where an Account is closed by cucicuci for cause, any balance in the Account may be withheld pending investigation. cucicuci will not be liable for any losses resulting from a lawful account suspension or closure.

Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction under which cucicuci holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising in connection with this Agreement shall first be subject to the cucicuci internal dispute resolution process, details of which are available from our support team.

Players accessing the Platform from Malaysia acknowledge that they are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in their jurisdiction and that cucicuci makes no representations regarding the lawfulness of access to the Platform from any particular location.

Amendments

cucicuci reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players by email or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated accordingly.

Your continued use of the Platform following the notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 13.1.
